ECP European Compliance Platform

How it works for Providers

Set up your provider profile and listing, receive applications, and operate through dashboard access or public digest delivery depending on onboarding mode.

Providers include Notified Bodies, Certification Bodies, Testing Laboratories, EU Authorised Representatives, and Consultants depending on service category.

Access model

Why dashboard access matters

Dashboard access improves delivery speed and workflow depth: faster routing, in-platform handling, document access, and stronger continuity across provider-applicant communication.

Current participation modes

Typical differences between dashboard access and public digest participation:

Public digest route
Dashboard access
Applications via email
Instant in-platform inbox
Limited access

Receiving applications

Dashboard access (PLATFORM)

  • Applications appear instantly in inbox
  • Full access to details and documents
  • Optional backup email notifications can still be controlled in your profile settings

Public digest route (EMAIL)

  • Email notification or digest with a short structured summary
  • Email includes application details without attachments
  • If documents are needed, request them from the applicant
  • Delivery timing depends on mailing schedules

Review & respond

What you review

  • Applicant info and contact details
  • Product/sample/project scope
  • Requirements (timeline/budget/confidentiality) and attachments (if available)

Response states

  • in_review — evaluating
  • accepted — ready to execute
  • declined — cannot execute
  • completed — results delivered

Your response becomes visible to the applicant immediately.

Execute work & deliver results

During work

  • Request additional documents
  • Communicate via messages
  • Update status when needed

Completion

  • Set status to completed
  • Upload final documents (certificates/reports/protocols)
