By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
The Platform facilitates introductions and communications between Applicants and Providers. The Platform does not itself provide conformity assessment, legal advice, or certification services. Any information provided via the Platform is for general informational purposes and does not constitute professional advice.
If your organization is listed in a public directory or otherwise appears to provide relevant services, you may receive notifications about new Applications. You may opt out via the unsubscribe link included in each notification email.
The Platform and its content (excluding user-submitted content) are owned by the Platform operator or licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee that any Applicant will receive offers, or that any Provider will obtain work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or applicable law.
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above indicates when the latest version became effective.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
