Before you start
Answers before you build your roadmap.
Is this free?
The roadmap, provider matching and your first request to up to 3 providers are free. Later requests use a one-time package based on how many providers you choose.
What does the ECP payment cover?
The one-time ECP payment covers sending one structured request to the selected number of independent providers and tracking their responses in your cabinet. It does not include the provider's own testing, certification, assessment or consulting fees. See tariffs.
Do I need an account to use the roadmap?
No. Answer the questions and read your roadmap on the same page. You create an account only when you send a request to providers.
How accurate is this — can I rely on it?
The roadmap comes from a maintained rule base and shows the EU article behind each step. Use it to plan your route; a qualified provider confirms the final classification and assessment for your product.
What if I already know which provider I need?
Skip the roadmap — choose Testing, Certification, Notified Body assessment or AFINA services and describe what you need.
Is my answer data stored?
Your answers stay in your browser. We receive nothing until you act on a result, for example by starting a request.
